Dronechov Noise Machines release Megaphone Boost Pedal

Utrecht-based boutique guitar pedal builder Dronechov Noise Machines announced
Megaphone, a transparent, high-impedance MOSFET boost pedal.

Megaphone carries the sound, feeling, and clarity of tube boosters and can drive your preamp into distorted bliss. The pedal offers extra headroom and doesn’t color your tone, but is packed with enough output to saturate any amp. Compatible with both Single Coil and Humbucker pickups, Megaphone sounds impressive not only when used on a guitar but on bass as well.

While boosting itself keeps the signal clean, the pedal’s three-band EQ allows you to add the right amount of punch along the spectrum. This makes it extremely versatile and handy, no matter if you’re playing 1970s rock or high-gain metal. At first glance, Megaphone is a simple boost pedal, which it can be, but plug it directly into the Return input of an amp, and you can even use it as a preamp.

Dronechov Noise Machines is a one-man operation, founded in 2020. It started as a passion project for building various mods and pedal clones, but in early 2025, they introduced their own Black Philip fuzz. The first limited batch quickly sold out, but a new one is already available. Megaphone is their second guitar pedal, which like all of their items, is hand-built in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
